Smoke House Bay is one of the most sought after areas on Marco. This two bedroom two bath unit was just painted and had some very nice updating. This condo is very close to Marco Island's famous Esplanade, walk over to the shops and restaurants and be sure to catch the sunset over the marina. The unit is centrally located near grocery shopping, pharmacies and beach shops. You are just a very short drive to the Marco Residents Beach access where there is always parking. The beach pass is available for $140 with a minimum 30 day lease. The master bedroom has a king bed and the room features an attached bathroom. There is a double and twin bed in the second bedroom along with a new sofa bed with queen mattress in the living room. You'll find 3 TVs, one in the living room and one in each of the master and guest bedrooms. The dryer and microwave have just been replaced. There are all new impact windows and a new electric shutter on the lanai for your safety.

The complex has a community pool right on beautiful Smoke House Bay. There is also covered parking to keep your car cool and out of the bright sun.
